It was just a commendable fit for a lightning stop in Alexandria with high value for money. The staff was very helpful, even stopping traffic for us to get to the private beach. Make sure to report any maintenance issues right away.

We had a fantastic stay at the Sheraton Montazah Hotel! The location is perfect, with breathtaking views of the sea and easy access to nearby attractions. The staff, especially at the main restaurant and housekeeping, were incredibly friendly and attentive, making our experience even better. Our room was comfortable and had a lovely balcony to enjoy the views.

Upon entering my room, I was severely disappointed. The room was small, and fixtures were dated and chipped, making it feel more like a budget accommodation than a five-star hotel. The air conditioning was not only old but also insufficient, with water dripping onto the floor and providing no relief from the heat. The balcony was so tiny that it could barely accommodate one person standing, let alone a chair. I expected much more for the money I paid, and it felt like a major letdown.

This place suits me perfectly and provides everything I need, from Wi-Fi and valet parking to a seasonal outdoor pool and 24-hour reception. The staff once helped me with my forgotten earpods, a memory I cherish. I highly recommend it for a relaxing stay.
